UV-LED Operating Precautions

I. General Precautions

  1. The attached cables and the LED irradiation head connection cable are bendable. While they meet bending performance standards under test conditions, performance under all actual operating conditions is not guaranteed.

  2. Do not disassemble, modify, or alter the internal structure. Any malfunction or damage caused by such actions will void the warranty.

II. Installation Environment

  1. Operating Environment: Temperature 0°C to +45°C, Humidity ≤85% RH (No condensation or freezing allowed).

  2. Storage Environment: Temperature -10°C to +50°C, Humidity ≤80% RH (No condensation or freezing allowed).

  3. Avoid locations with excessive dust, oil smoke, conductive dust, corrosive gases, flammable gases, salt, or iron particles.

  4. Ensure the device does not come into contact with water, oil, chemicals, etc.

  5. Avoid locations subject to direct sunlight, severe temperature fluctuations, vibration, impact, strong magnetic fields, or strong electric fields.

III. Power Supply & Wiring

  1. Please supply a single-phase power supply of 200V-240V (Frequency 50Hz-60Hz) and ensure proper grounding (EARTH).

  2. Do not share the same power line with motors, inductive machinery, or high-power devices.

  3. For wiring between the Controller and the LED Irradiation Head, use only the provided cables and ensure connections are secure.

  4. The attached connection lines and LED irradiation head cables are designed to be bendable.

  5. When designing the system for bending applications, ensure the minimum bending radius exceeds 110mm.

IV. Assembly Details

1) Tooling & Fixtures

  • Please consult with our sales representative regarding the tooling/fixture format before purchase. If no specific requirement for tooling is indicated, products will be shipped without fixtures by default.

  • We support customization of tooling and fixtures. Please contact our sales team in advance if required.

2) Tooling Examples

  • Customer provides the fixture iron ring or other specified formats.

  • Our company drafts the tooling drawings according to customer specifications.

  • Drawings are submitted to the customer for confirmation after completion.

  • Production will be scheduled upon drawing approval (OK).

V. Customization Services

  • We provide one-stop services from design to manufacturing. We can design and build manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic equipment based on actual customer requirements.

  • For custom features such as Nitrogen purging, semi-auto/fully-auto operation, visualization interfaces, or linkage with other machines, please communicate with our sales team in advance.

Disassembling or modifying the UV Controller or UV Irradiation Unit may cause product malfunction. Reassembled products may pose risks of personal injury or property damage. Our company assumes no legal liability for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the following circumstances:

  • Electric shock caused by plugging/unplugging power connectors with wet hands.

  • Failure to wear MX brand or other certified protective goggles while operating the equipment.

  • Burns caused by intentionally or unintentionally touching the equipment surface immediately after use.

  • Personal injury or property damage caused by using the equipment near water sources or in damp locations.

  • Electric shock or other accidents caused by using the equipment during thunderstorms.

  • Accidents caused by using the equipment near gas or natural gas sources.

  • Failure to strictly follow the operating procedures specified in this manual.

  • Continuing to use the equipment despite error messages or detected faults.

  • Operation of the equipment by untrained personnel.
